Casey Quillen was born in Carson City, Nevada and lived in Nevada, Idaho, Texas, North Carolina and Ohio before making her home in Colorado. She served as a clerk for the Honorable Justice Rebecca Love Kourlis before pursuing her passion as a trial lawyer.
For more than a decade, Casey has represented design professionals as defense counsel for errors and omissions claims litigation and corporate counsel. Her practice extends from pre-litigation advisement through appeal and she is admitted in all levels of State and Federal court, including the Supreme Court of the United States of America. She has served as lead counsel in over twenty jury and bench trials and authored a number of appellate briefs as counsel and representing Amicus Curiae.
Casey formed Ruebel & Quillen, LLC with Jeffrey Ruebel in 2010 to provide comprehensive legal services tailored to each client’s specific needs including offering an array of alternative fee arrangements.
